RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Watchstreet, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a return or exchange, please review the guidelines below to ensure eligibility.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, based on carrier tracking confirmation.

2. Condition of the Item

The watch must be returned in original, unused condition, including:

  • No scratches, marks, dents, or signs of wear

  • No damage to the case, crystal, bezel, or strap/bracelet

  • Bracelet must not be resized or altered

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included

Any signs of wear, use, modification, or tampering may result in the return being declined.

3. Shipping Damage or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or not functioning correctly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@watchstreet.co, including photos or videos showing the issue.

We will assist you with the next steps and arrange a resolution where applicable.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following:

Refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing begins within 48 hours after inspection approval

  • Bank processing times may vary

Exchange

  • You may exchange your watch for another model

  • Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

  • Watchstreet is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments

High-Value Orders & Verification

For security purposes, high-value orders may require identity verification before shipment.

Orders that do not pass verification may be cancelled and refunded prior to fulfillment.

Parallel Imports & Warranty Disclaimer

Some items sold on Watchstreet are parallel imports, sourced through independent global distribution channels.

As a result:

  • Manufacturer warranties may not apply

  • Warranty coverage, if any, may be provided by the supplier or seller rather than the brand manufacturer

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can assist you promptly.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and limit our ability to help.

All transactions are documented with verification and delivery confirmation to help resolve disputes fairly.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may be declined in the following cases:

  • The item shows signs of use, wear, or alteration

  • The bracelet has been resized

  • The return request is made outside the 30-day window

  • The item was damaged after delivery

  • The return was sent without authorization

  • Identity verification was refused or incomplete

  • The item was not returned in original condition
